This weekend we’ve been reflecting back on weddings from last year and we couldn’t help but put a blog together on one of our favourites.
At the start of 2016 Henna and Jay got in touch with us as they had sorted a handful of things out for their wedding, however one crucial thing was missing to complete their wedding and reception… The décor!
We truly believe that every wedding is unique and décor plays a large part of that, as do many other elements in ensuring your wedding is unique. We always have a consultation process with our couples to discuss their special day and spend a section of that time focusing on the décor and design.
So, that’s what we did with Henna and Jay. We spent a session together (over coffee and cake, of course!) discussing all things décor – going through their ideas as well as giving them ideas on different styles, themes and trends. After discussing various ideas, the décor and design was finalised – ivory and elegance, with a dash of purple!
Their Hindu wedding and reception took place in July 2016 at The Vale Resort. It was a whole day affair from first thing in the morning morning until early hours of the morning!
As well as providing our planning services, décor and styling we also provided event management throughout their big day. This was crucial to ensure the day ran as smoothly as possible and transforming the room from the ceremony set up to the evening reception look in time.
We loved being a part of this wedding and especially because Henna and Jay were such a pleasure to work with from the beginning right until the end!
